Introdution to DSA 2020
Sang Ouk Kim
Organizing chair of DSA 2020
Directed Self-Assembly (DSA) is a generic principle to control the molecular self-assembly of block copolymers for advanced lithographic application. DSA research has successfully fostered original nanopatterning platform, compatible to manufacture scale production with ultrafine pattern dimension even below 3 nm scale. Early day research efforts for DSA were principally motivated by semiconductor nanolithography process but the potential of DSA is continuously growing as a general tool for nanoscale patterning.
Following the 5th edition hosted in Milan in 2019, The 6th DSA 2020 International Symposium will be held in KAIST, Daejeon, South Korea, one of the most active research institutes for DSA, in Oct. 28-30. The conference venue will be the ‘Jeong Keun Mo conference hall’ located in KAIST main campus. Noticeably, the number of invited speakers is increased from previous editions to cover the growing research scope relevant to DSA.
> Online registration will open April 30, 2020 and will stay open until June 30, 2020. To proceed with online registration, fill the form available at registration category. Registration is mandatory. All participants (including chairpersons, presenting authors, invited speakers, scientific committee members, etc.) must register. Online registration would be preferred, we highly recommend to issue your payment online as well, in order to avoid waiting during onsite registration. Registration fees include participation to coffee break, social banquet. Please note that abstract submission and conference registration are separate items and are not linked. More information about registration and conference fees are available on the web site in the registration page.
> Please note that oral communications will take place in the podium of Jeong Keun Mo conference hall. Poster sessions, coffee breaks will be organized in the back side of the conference hall.
Electronic Materials and Nanotechnology for Green Environment 2020 - ENGE 2020 will be held in Jeju, Korea from November 1st to 4th, 2020. This is interesting and interactive conference on various ramified fields and disciplines of electronic materials and nanotechnology. It will provide the newest topics to participants during the four-day conference. ENGE 2020 will be a forum to share up-to-date technology and ideas in Electronic Materials and Nanotechnology around the world.
